Intelicom can provide Customers with maintenance contracts that best suit their needs through our flexible services. Our contact include spare parts, labor, onsite visits for troubleshooting and repair, agreed response time in case of failure (SLAs), as well as preventive maintenance.
For Customers with Mission Critical Systems that must be up and running continuously we offer 24×7 service that includes weekends and public holidays.
